Tucked away in the forested hills of Hoggs Hollow, this custom build is designed to merge with the surrounding ravine landscape. We worked closely with conservation authorities to build a foundation that protects the local water table.
Structural Features
The structure utilizes a steel framework coupled with solid Douglas fir timbers. A massive double-height great room features exposed scissor trusses and custom clerestory windows that flood the home with natural light.
The lower level features a fully finished walk-out basement with heated slate floors, a custom wine cellar, and a private wellness spa area.
