Our quotes are detailed line by line, and our contracts are fixed-price. If something unforeseeable comes up, you'll see the cost before we touch it.
Every project gets a dedicated site supervisor who knows your build inside out. You get their direct number. Questions get answered the same day.
Our core electricians, plumbers and framers have worked with us for over a decade. We pay them fairly and on time, and it shows in the work.
About Amista Homes
Founded as a small general contracting outfit in North York. First year: eleven renovation projects, all by referral.
First ground-up custom home completed in Willowdale. We registered as a Tarion-licensed builder the same year.
Expanded into structural work: second-storey additions and basement underpinning became core services.
First estate-level luxury build in Post Road. Commercial division launched with office, lab and clinic projects.
Crossed 300 completed projects. Began building garden suites and legal second suites under Toronto's expanded bylaws.
A full design-build team serving 19 GTA communities, still answering the phone the way we did in 2005.
